Perform the installation process by following the wizard to finish, you need access to Administration to perform the installation on Windows 7 and Windows 8 user center account if its not set to the lowest level. 2.Open Patch Folder and run the Patch.exe file by clicking 2 times the file and proceed by clicking the button patch.  
3. After the patching process is complete, when it also Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 is already a full version  
4. Important: 1 Do not update the software if there is a notification, 2 Use your firewall to block Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 communicating to the internet.
