Horrible Bosses 2 (2014)

Dale (Charlie Day), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis), Nick (Jason Bateman) decided to become a boss for themselves by creating their own business. Having previously demanded for the increase in their salaries, but no response. They then deal with new investors who they know.

But the cunning investor actually deceive them and make them worse off. Desperate and disappointed because they can not take legal recourse. Finally the third failed entrepreneur makes a plan aygn quite misguided. Ie the investor child kidnap and ransom to restore their company.
